Values (eng)
You are passing a rapid test of the relevance of the values of the Spiral Dynamics of C.W.Graves (http://www.clarewgraves.com/home.html). This test allows to determine which types of values are more relevant for a person at a certain period of time in current life circumstances.
The relevance of the types of values has nothing to do with personality types or level of competence, but reflects preferences in motivation to work. Also, the relevance of the types of values influences the mutual understanding with colleagues and partners in decision-making, so it is desirable to consider this factor when forming a team and selecting contractors for long-term cooperation.
The results of this test qualitatively (rather than quantitatively) assess the relative predominance of the relevance of values at one level over others and are based on subjective assessments of the individual's relevance to some statements.
The relevance of value levels may change over time and in the case of changes in living or working conditions, including in the event of a team change or a significant change in the team membership. Descriptions of each of the levels as well as development areas are a synthesis of the beliefs of people with similar levels of relevance to these types of values and cannot fully reflect the views and beliefs of a particular respondent (the person under test).
We recommend that this assessment be regarded as a recommendation only and, in the process of making decisions, also be based on the results of personal interviews, assessment of competencies and social skills.
